Below are a list of my top best protein supplements as of 2022.

1. MRE Lite by Redcon 1
MRE LITE by Redcon 1 is a great choice when it comes to clean Whole Food Style Protein! Your protein supplement should contain around 70-90% of Protein per scoop. MRE LITE rings in at about 82% making it a really good option. Its low fat and low carb but most importantly it’s made from real foods like beef, salmon, chicken, and egg protein sources.

Gold Standard Whey by Optimum Nutrition is another good choice when it comes to cleaner Protein! However, this is a Whey Protein unlike MRE LITE. Again, your protein supplement should contain around 70-90% of protein per scoop. This whey protein rings in at about 77% making it a good option. Its low fat and low carb which is great for those working on their figure.
It claims to have no artificial growth hormones in it and is gluten free. The ingredients show a Protein Blend of Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, and Hydrolyzed Whey Protein. Natural and Artificial flavors, Sunflower and/or Soy Lecithin, Salt, Acesulfame Potassium, and Sucralose. There are many different flavors with this one as well. 3. Ambrosia Planta – Premium Organic Plant-Based Protein
Planta™ is made using a precise combination of Organic Brown Rice and Organic Pea Proteins. It comes in around 80% per scoop on the protein end.
4. Isopure Whey Isolate Protein Powder
Isopure Whey Isolate is a great option for those who are watching there Macro intake. This isolate has Zero Carb or Low-Carb (which also has ZERO sugar), both types with 25 grams of protein per scoop. It’s 100% whey protein isolate loaded with vitamins, minerals and nutrients to keep you going strong—and always without gluten, lactose, or any impurities. Core Power Elite is a great go to if your in need of protein. You can grab it at some gas stations or online. It claims to have 42g of protein per serving. It also says to supply nine essential amino acids, as well as electrolytes. This product will help your muscles recover after a workout.
Due to the filtration process used for its dairy, the milk in Core Power Elite has more protein and less sugar than regular, unfiltered milk. Fairlife’s ultra-filtered milk claims to have 125 mg of DHA omega-3 fatty acids. It can be used as a meal replacement due to all the valuable nutrition.
The 42g per bottle makes it a great meal replacement.
As you can see there are many different brands of protein out there. Its really all about reading the nutritional facts and learning about the companies that make each item.
